- •Replit is investing seriously in paid media across various channels and needs an internal owner to manage this program.
- •This role will direct external media agencies, manage the budget, and ensure accountability for reaching the right audiences on the right channels at the right time.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and manage relationships with media agencies, setting strategy and holding them accountable for performance.
- •Review and challenge media plans across all channels, identifying potential issues before approval.
- •Own media budget pacing, forecasting, and reconciliation in partnership with Finance.
- •Define campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks, driving a test-and-learn agenda.
- •Distill campaign performance into clear recommendations for marketing leadership.
- •Requirements 5+ years of media planning and strategy experience, either brand-side or agency-side.
- •Demonstrated experience independently reviewing and challenging agency media plans.
- •Experience managing multi-million dollar media budgets.
- •Fluency across the full channel landscape: TV/CTV, online video, OOH, audio, paid social, search, and programmatic.
- •Strong command of media measurement principles.
