- •Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the Data Science team.
- •Define technical direction and priorities for the Data Science function.
- •Partner with Product and Engineering to bring AI-powered customer experiences to life.
- •Design, build, deploy, and improve recommendation systems and personalization solutions.
- •Design and analyze experiments and causal inference frameworks.
- •Requirements 7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
- •Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- •Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- •Experience leading, mentoring, or managing Data Scientists.
- •Expertise with cloud AI/ML platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
