TL;DR
Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of high-power AC electrical systems.
- •Remora is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and deployment of high-power AC electrical systems supporting industrial generation and distribution infrastructure.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead design and architecture of AC power systems, including low-, medium-, and high-voltage distribution (480V–15kV), grounding, protection, and system integration.
- •Develop single-line diagrams and perform system studies (load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, protection coordination).
- •Define system architecture and perform detailed power studies, developing schematics, guiding protection strategies, and troubleshooting complex high-voltage installations in the field.
- •Requirements Deep expertise in 480V 3-phase industrial power, medium
- •and high-voltage distribution systems, and integration of 1–5 MW generator installations.
- •Comfortable defining system architecture and rolling up your sleeves—performing detailed power studies, developing schematics, guiding protection strategies, and troubleshooting complex high-voltage installations in the field.
