IT Administrator responsible for maintaining and enhancing IT services and infrastructure.
- •As an IT Administrator at Refurbed, you will maintain and enhance IT services, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency.
- •You will utilize your technical knowledge in Windows & MacOS administration and networking to resolve issues and contribute to IT infrastructure projects.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive technical support to internal staff through the IT helpdesk.
- •Prepare, configure, and provide equipment for employees, supporting onboarding for new joiners.
- •Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- •Document solutions, processes, and configurations.
- •Participate in maintaining and improving the company's IT infrastructure.
- •Requirements 1-3 years of experience in IT administration, IT support, or a similar technical role.
- •Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS administration.
- •Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies (Entra ID, Intune, Azure).
