About the role
TL;DR
Design, build, test, and improve space-ready avionics subsystems.
- •As an Avionics Engineer, you will have zero to one design ownership of electronic subsystems on our first spacecraft.
- •You will be responsible for designing, building, testing and improving reliable space-ready components.
- •Key Responsibilities Own avionics system-level design & interfaces and make system-level trades Prototype, design, bring up and validate flight computers, communication systems, and electronics for power systems and ADCS Establish best practices and tooling for electrical engineering design Requirements 4–6 years of avionics or electronics engineering experience, ideally on spacecraft.
- •Designed and validated PCBAs for the space environment or similar high performance environments/vehicles Owned multiple high-reliability electronics subsystems from concept to deployment
