Senior Product Manager to own investment and pension product areas end-to-end.
- •Raisin is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own investment and pension product areas.
- •You will transform complex financial systems into easy, transparent, and scalable product experiences.
- •Key Responsibilities Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and business impact.
- •Develop deep understanding of product area, identifying high-leverage opportunities.
- •Shape and maintain a 12-month roadmap, balancing strategic bets and improvements.
- •Set and track quarterly OKRs with Engineering Lead, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- •Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Legal/Compliance.
- •Requirements At least 3 years of Product Management experience leading cross-functional teams.
- •Proven success in launching and scaling complex products with technical systems and regulatory constraints.
- •Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive alignment on product vision.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- •Owner’s mentality and a highly data-driven approach to decision-making.
