- •We are seeking a strategic, technically fluent Product Manager to join the MeridianLink Consumer product team
- •the team behind our flagship consumer lending origination platform.
- •In this role, you will own a defined area of the consumer lending experience, partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact improvements that matter to the financial institutions and borrowers we serve.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the roadmap for your product area within MeridianLink Consumer, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- •Lead continuous discovery through customer interviews, usage analytics, and collaboration with financial institution partners to identify high-value problems worth solving.
- •Define and monitor product KPIs for your area, using data to inform prioritization and demonstrate business impact.
- •Identify opportunities to incorporate modern capabilities
- •such as AI/ML-assisted decisioning, intelligent automation, and API extensibility
- •into your product area.
- •Stay current on consumer lending trends, fintech competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant product management experience.
- •Proven track record of owning a product area end-to-end
- •discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.
- •Experience managing API-integrated software products with multiple stakeholder groups.
- •Strong command of agile methodologies and modern product discovery practices.
- •Analytical mindset
