- •Raisin is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design discovery and delivery for their investment and pension products, with a focus on integrating AI to simplify financial journeys.
- •You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, personalized, and secure digital products.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead design discovery and delivery for end-to-end initiatives across Raisin's product offering.
- •Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and data specialists to design and deliver AI-driven features.
- •Translate complex backend capabilities, including AI/ML models, into intuitive interfaces.
- •Own delivery of prototypes using Generative and Agentic design tools.
- •Validate and iterate on experience quality using qualitative research and operational metrics.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in fintech or regulated environments.
- •Portfolio reflecting mastery of product design principles and AI/ML-driven features.
- •Deep understanding of AI UX design paradigms, including system uncertainty and user trust.
- •Extensive experience in user-driven validation techniques.
- •Mastery of execution and delivery processes, including project management.
