TL;DR
Design intuitive internal tools and systems for CoreWeave's AI cloud business.
- •CoreWeave is building a modern, AI-first enterprise stack and seeks a Product Designer, Internal Tools to design clear, efficient, and scalable experiences for employee workflows.
- •This role bridges product design, enterprise systems, and employee experience, transforming complex processes into intuitive tools.
- •Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end experiences across internal web applications, dashboards, and self-service workflows.
- •Translate complex business processes and system dependencies into simple, accessible user experiences.
- •Create journey maps, information architectures, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- •Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and internal users to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- •Contribute to reusable design patterns and a cohesive internal tools design system.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or a related field.
- •A portfolio demonstrating shipped digital products with clear examples of problem framing, process, and outcomes.
- •Experience designing for complex workflows, enterprise software, or internal tools.
- •Strong command of user-centered design practices, including discovery, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing.
- •Ability to simplify complex systems and data into easy-to-understand and efficient experiences.
