Manage and optimize custody operations for a leading fintech platform, ensuring scalability and compliance.
- •Raisin is seeking a (Senior) Custody Operations Manager to join their Custody & Principal Broking team.
- •This role is crucial for supporting Raisin Bank's Digital Wealth Management division by ensuring the secure and scalable foundation for retail investing.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive the evolution of operational workflows for scalability and resilience.
- •Define and execute control frameworks for daily securities processing and outsourced clearing/settlement.
- •Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
- •Proactively resolve complex securities discrepancies and trade breaks.
- •Support due diligence activities and audits for outsourcing partners.
- •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent banking qualification. 7+ years of operations experience in a custodian bank, clearing firm, or retail broker in the German/European market.
- •Direct experience with mass-affluent and high-volume retail accounts, including fractional shares and savings plans.
- •Deep understanding of Clearstream Banking Frankfurt (CBF) and T2S.
- •Proven background in establishing and executing internal controls within MaRisk and outsourced operations.
