- •Join our B2C DACH Team to manage our core markets in Germany and Austria, focusing on delivering exceptional platform experiences and sustainable growth opportunities.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive Platform Initiatives: Contribute to the 12-month growth strategy for Germany and Austria.
- •Proactive Campaign Ideation: Research market trends and propose new customer-facing campaigns.
- •End-to-End Campaign Management: Manage marketing campaigns from conception to post-campaign analysis.
- •Customer & Product Advocacy: Bridge commercial objectives with technical requirements.
- •Operational Excellence: Manage relationships with key data partners and execute core operational tasks.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in Growth Marketing or a fast-paced commercial environment.
- •Financial curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
- •Clear communication skills and self-direction.
