TL;DR
Lead R&D operations and spearhead AI SDLC transformation for Qventus.
- •Qventus is transforming healthcare by enabling hospitals to focus on patient care through innovative solutions powered by machine learning, generative AI, and behavioral science.
- •This role will own the management of core product operations to deliver maximum impact, leading company-wide roadmapping, driving key performance metrics, and refining processes and tools.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead development and strategy for Product & Engineering operations, setting targets and driving initiatives.
- •Own and drive the AI SDLC transformation across R&D, enabling team members and AI agents to take initiatives from idea to completion.
- •Facilitate the company roadmapping process, managing intake, execution, dependency management, and OKR alignment.
- •Manage the Solution Development Lifecycle, facilitating launches, tracking experiments, and ensuring documentation.
- •Serve as the initial point of contact for the product team in company-wide initiatives like onboarding and employee development.
- •Requirements Demonstrated experience driving an AI-driven SDLC transformation.
- •Hands-on fluency with coding agents and agentic workflows, and active experimentation with AI tools.
- •Strong change management skills to rally cross-functional teams around new ways of working.
- •Strong operational skills, including measuring and reporting on key metrics for insights and decision-making.
- •Highly adaptable with strong critical thinking skills, capable of evolving processes and addressing bottlenecks.
