- •This role owns the end-to-end growth strategy, from brand to P&L, and is a key member of the executive team.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end growth engine, including brand, content, influencer, partnerships, paid media, and the digital commerce P&L.
- •Drive profitable digital commerce revenue and margin across DTC, Amazon, and marketplaces.
- •Develop and execute inventive, cross-platform revenue generation strategies.
- •Build and deploy modern, AI-enabled growth infrastructure and a world-class growth organization.
- •Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, shaping company strategy and engaging with the board.
- •Requirements 12-15+ years of growth and marketing leadership with direct P&L ownership.
- •Experience in omnichannel consumer or CPG, ideally in a $100-250M range business.
- •Proven command of demand creation and digital commerce P&L, treating marketing as a revenue engine.
- •Fluency with modern growth tooling and AI, with a clear understanding of human judgment's role.
- •Experience operating as part of an executive team and engaging with a board.
