About the role
TL;DR
Legal Counsel to structure, negotiate, and scale commercial contracts and legal processes for a B2B SaaS company.
- •Qevlar is seeking a Legal Counsel with a strong focus on commercial law to support its B2B SaaS platform in the cybersecurity space.
- •This role is highly operational, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to enable business growth while managing risk.
- •Key Responsibilities Own commercial contracts end-to-end, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements.
- •Partner closely with Sales and Customer teams to support deal cycles and structure contracts.
- •Enable go-to-market activities by working on pricing structures and legal frameworks.
- •Build scalable legal processes, including templates and playbooks.
- •Provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice on legal matters.
- •Requirements At least 4+ years of experience in-house in a B2B SaaS company, ideally in cybersecurity, data, or AI.
- •Strong background in commercial law and contract negotiation.
- •Exposure to international contracts (US/EU).
- •Experience working closely with Sales/GTM teams.
- •Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- •Fluent in French and English.
