About the role
TL;DR
Versatile project manager for Proxima Fusion’s fusion projects.
- •Act as Proxima Fusion’s versatile project manager across a growing portfolio of projects.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery for assigned projects across the Alpha programme and adjacent workstreams.
- •Pick up projects at varying stages of maturity and apply the right level of structure for where each one is.
- •Work across infrastructure and manufacturing-interface domains as the programme's project landscape evolves.
- •Support early Stellaris planning work.
- •Feed project schedules and risk inputs into the Alpha Integrated Master Schedule.
- •Requirements Experienced in project management on capital, industrial, or research infrastructure projects.
- •Adaptable: equally effective shaping an early-stage concept and driving an active delivery programme.
- •Comfortable in a portfolio that will change.
- •Able to engage across infrastructure and manufacturing-interface domains without deep specialism in either.
- •Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
- •Familiar with AI tools and digital working methods; comfortable in a lean, high-autonomy environment.
- •Background in capital project delivery in energy, industrial, or research sectors is strongly preferred.
