TL;DR
Manage the full lifecycle of Everbridge solution deployments, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- •Everbridge is seeking a Project Manager to join their Professional Services team.
- •This role is crucial for the successful deployment of Everbridge solutions, overseeing projects from initiation to completion while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- •Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project life cycle.
- •Take ownership of project budget, timeline, issue management, and risks.
- •Lead requirements gathering sessions and collaborate with the project governance team.
- •Track project performance and meet budgetary objectives.
- •Manage client relationships and perform risk management.
- •Requirements Bachelor's in business, Computer Science or related a plus.
- •Extensive experience in a customer-facing role is required.
- •Significant experience of managing large, technical projects.
- •Strong project management skills (PMP Certified or at minimum CAPM).
- •Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
