About the role
TL;DR
Owns end-to-end delivery of carrier and customer integrations using APIs, EDI, and flat files.
- •The Direct Integrations team is responsible for turning carrier and customer complexity into reliable, scalable connectivity.
- •This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and problem-solving.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of integrations, from technical review through testing and go-live.
- •Configure, validate, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, EDI, and flat-file connections.
- •Investigate complex data, mapping, and tracking issues; identify root causes and drive durable fixes.
- •Manage multiple integrations and support tickets in parallel while meeting SLA expectations.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in technical integrations, technical operations, or implementation roles.
- •Hands-on experience with APIs, EDI, and/or flat-file data exchange.
- •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work through ambiguous problems.
- •Comfort working in ticket-based environments with SLAs and competing priorities.
- •Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
