- •Prefect is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own the funnel from audience to activated user to qualified pipeline across their product suite.
- •This role is critical for driving growth and requires a hands-on approach to acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation.
- •Key Responsibilities Own paid and organic acquisition end to end, including budget, channel mix, landing pages, and CRO.
- •Build scalable and predictable funnels for key growth motions, setting owners, baselines, and conversion targets.
- •Design and implement onboarding, activation, and re-engagement sequences with a focus on measured activation lift.
- •Organize campaign taxonomy, UTM discipline, and ensure clean data handoff for experimentation and funnel optimization.
- •Drive user acquisition from open-source communities to product offerings through in-product paths and CTAs.
- •Requirements 7+ years in growth or demand generation at B2B SaaS or developer-focused companies.
- •Proven ability to generate predictable pipeline for sales and self-serve signups using channels and campaigns.
- •Experience owning an acquisition budget and reporting on its returns, including failures.
- •Demonstrated ability to build attribution models from scratch, including campaign taxonomy and UTM structure.
- •Experience owning lifecycle marketing with measurable results in onboarding and activation.
