- •The Associate Director, Medical Affairs Operations & Strategy is a key strategic and operational leader within Medical Affairs, responsible for enabling the successful execution of Medical Affairs priorities across therapeutic area leadership, field medical, publications, and scientific communications.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with Medical Affairs leadership to establish priorities, operational plans, and strategic investments.
- •Develop business reviews, leadership presentations, dashboards, and operational metrics.
- •Develop and continuously improve processes, governance, and operating models.
- •Oversee Medical Affairs operational support, including vendor management and operational planning.
- •Serve as the primary operational liaison between Medical Affairs and key cross-functional partners.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare organizations.
- •Significant experience supporting Medical Affairs, business operations, or strategic planning.
- •Demonstrated success leading complex operational initiatives in a matrix environment.
- •Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and external partnerships.
