- •Postman is seeking an experienced Talent Researcher to join their TA team.
- •This role will focus on building a strong talent pipeline for sales functions across EMEA & APAC, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead proactive sourcing for key business roles like Account Executives and Account Development Representatives.
- •Map talent across target companies and develop engagement strategies.
- •Utilize various sourcing channels to attract passive candidates.
- •Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening.
- •Maintain candidate data in Greenhouse ATS.
- •Requirements 3+ years of sourcing experience, with a proven track record in fast-paced environments.
- •Strong experience sourcing for GTM roles (e.g., AEs, ADRs).
- •Expertise in advanced sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search.
- •Proficiency in using AI and Agents for talent research.
- •Excellent understanding of the tech talent landscape and market trends.
