- •Podium is building the operating system for local businesses in the age of AI, and we need the world to know it.
- •We're hiring our first Director of Communications to own our external communications strategy and build a founder-led comms function from the ground up.
- •Key Responsibilities Build the motion and own the strategy end to end for reaching target audiences.
- •Develop founder thought leadership to make Podium the category-defining voice in applied AI.
- •Stand up AI-native workflows for lean team content production.
- •Scale founder's social presence quickly on X and LinkedIn.
- •Secure founder on hit list of strike-zone media, focused on podcasts.
- •Requirements Experience running comms, brand, or founder content at a high-growth tech, AI, or consumer company.
- •Exceptional writer and storyteller who can capture and scale a founder's voice.
- •Extreme ownership and high velocity.
- •Media instincts and taste, wired into the modern media ecosystem.
- •Sharp strategic mind.
- •Deep AI fluency and experience building AI-native workflows.
