TL;DR
Lead the strategy and team for onboarding Pleo's largest and most complex enterprise customers.
- •Pleo is seeking a Senior Manager, Onboarding to lead the strategy and team responsible for onboarding their largest, most complex, and strategically important customers.
- •This role ensures enterprise clients achieve successful implementation and adoption through a structured, relationship-driven experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Set the strategy for onboarding complex enterprise customers and lead the team that delivers it.
- •Manage and grow a team of Enterprise Onboarding and Enablement Managers, focusing on customer outcomes and time-to-value.
- •Oversee the end-to-end onboarding model from discovery to handover to Customer Success.
- •Build trust with senior stakeholders and lead executive conversations on progress, value, and risk.
- •Drive adoption and ensure customers effectively use Pleo through tailored enablement programs.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in customer onboarding, enterprise implementation, customer success, or a related customer-facing function. 4+ years leading people, ideally in enterprise onboarding, implementation, solutions, or customer success teams.
- •Proven track record of delivering onboarding or implementation programs at enterprise tech companies.
- •Experience with large, complex customers, multiple stakeholders, regions, entities, workflows, or technical dependencies.
- •Strong people-management and coaching skills, with a record of building high-performing, customer-facing teams.
