About the role
TL;DR
Product Owner responsible for workforce compliance in the logistics industry.
- •For our expanding European market, we are looking for an enthusiastic Product Owner (P4) to become the steering force for workforce compliance in the Logistics industry.
- •You will bridge customer and market needs by translating evolving business requirements into high-value technical execution.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and prioritize the Scrum team backlog, linking features directly to commercial goals and business value.
- •Translate roadmap objectives into clear, actionable user stories for engineering squads.
- •Organize and steer refinement sessions, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- •Champion operational needs within Agile teams and guide effective sprint execution and release readiness.
- •Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, attend customer boards, and lead product demonstrations.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master within a software or SaaS environment.
- •Experience or strong interest in Workforce Compliance, Pre-Payroll, Reporting processes, or Tachograph regulations in logistics is highly beneficial.
- •Proven mastery of Agile backlog management, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization.
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business field preferred.
- •Fluent English and French (written and spoken) are mandatory.
- •A good working knowledge of Dutch is a strong advantage.
