About the role
TL;DR
Owns end-to-end product strategy for securities and commodities, translating complex requirements into user-friendly trading experiences.
- •As Senior Product Manager for Securities & Commodities, you will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for core traditional financial offerings.
- •You will translate complex capital markets infrastructure and regulatory requirements into simple, transparent trading experiences for millions of European retail investors.
- •Key Responsibilities Take full product ownership of end-to-end flows within the securities and commodities domain.
- •Define detailed specifications, user flows, and delivery timelines.
- •Connect front-end investing interfaces with complex back-end technical, operational, and clearing infrastructure.
- •Translate complex regulatory (e.g., MiFID II), market, and clearing topics into intuitive, transparent, and trust-building retail user experiences.
- •Drive high shipping velocity, task completion, and on-time feature delivery.
- •Requirements 4+ years of Product Management experience building retail brokerage, trading, or investing platforms (ideally within a MiFID II or heavily regulated fintech/banking context).
- •Solid domain understanding of capital markets, order execution flows, clearing and settlement, corporate actions, and taxation.
- •Practical knowledge of market infrastructure, including stock exchanges, market makers, custodians, and institutional intermediaries.
- •Strong data-driven and analytical mindset.
- •Exceptional communication skills.
