- •Partner with DACH Sales Leadership to design prospecting plays and ensure seamless pipeline handoffs.
- •Drive daily, weekly, and quarterly metrics, providing structured coaching and performance management.
- •Monitor pipeline health and execute proactive corrective solutions.
- •Requirements 1+ years of experience directly managing a BDR/SDR team in a fast-growing tech/SaaS environment.
- •Bilingual proficiency: Native/Fluent in German and fluent in English.
- •Proven track record of success in a BDR or AE role.
- •Strong people leadership and coaching abilities.
- •Highly metrics-driven and comfortable with evolving processes.
