- •Pico is expanding its Global Service Delivery organization to support growth.
- •This role is accountable for leading delivery across a global book of work, delivering complex client projects successfully, and converting delivery to revenue swiftly.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the Service Delivery strategy, ensuring delivery execution supports company growth.
- •Lead delivery transformation initiatives, including automation and tooling.
- •Drive process maturity improvements by defining and embedding standards and governance.
- •Own key delivery and financial outcomes across the global book of work.
- •Provide senior people leadership and own delivery culture and standards.
- •Requirements 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally with PMP, Prince2 or PSM certification.
- •Strong organizational and time management skills.
- •Financial market awareness.
- •Strong commercial acumen.
- •Expertise in establishing delivery operating models, standards, and metrics.
