About the role
TL;DR
Drive operational excellence and bridge customer-facing teams with product and engineering.
- •As a Product Operations Manager, you will join the Product and Engineering organization to drive operational excellence across multiple Databricks product lines.
- •You will serve as an essential bridge between customer-facing field teams and the product and engineering teams building features used by thousands of customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to build cohesive stories around customer pain points.
- •Design and maintain user-friendly reports and dashboards to surface key metrics and trends.
- •Influence product and engineering decision-makers using data and qualitative analysis.
- •Partner with cross-functional operations teams to develop key metrics and implement process improvements.
- •Organize and monitor key results across product lines, communicating progress and blockers.
- •Requirements 6+ years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role.
- •Experience using SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- •Experience building Data pipelines using SQL, Python, R, or Scala.
- •Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, PowerBI, and/or Data Studio.
- •Comfortable communicating with Databricks executives and department leadership.
