- •As a Clinical Partner Architect, you will spearhead Pharos' partner motion, solving complex problems, ensuring high satisfaction and platform adoption from day one onward.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end deployment with new health system partners, tackling complex operational and technical hurdles during rollout.
- •Map and tailor our platform to fit specific clinical specialties, acting as the primary partner voice to our product and engineering teams.
- •Define and track metrics that prove the platform's value in both highly specific individual goals and health system-wide initiatives.
- •Foster deep relationships with hospital staff to ensure sustained engagement, immediate issue resolution, and continuous feedback.
- •Requirements Comfort at the clinical–technical seam, with experience in EHRs, clinical data, or software implementations.
- •Demonstrated ability to solve hard problems and untangle complex, nuanced health system workflows.
- •Familiarity with clinical data structures, interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7), or standard EHR data models.
- •A deep, recognizable passion for improving the lives of others through technology.
