  • This is a pivotal role bridging the gap between our AI technology and clinical reality.
  • As a Clinical Partner Architect, you will spearhead Pharos' partner motion, solving complex problems, ensuring high satisfaction and platform adoption from day one onward.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end deployment with new health system partners, tackling complex operational and technical hurdles during rollout.
  • Map and tailor our platform to fit specific clinical specialties, acting as the primary partner voice to our product and engineering teams.
  • Define and track metrics that prove the platform's value in both highly specific individual goals and health system-wide initiatives.
  • Foster deep relationships with hospital staff to ensure sustained engagement, immediate issue resolution, and continuous feedback.
  • Requirements Comfort at the clinical–technical seam, with experience in EHRs, clinical data, or software implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve hard problems and untangle complex, nuanced health system workflows.
  • Familiarity with clinical data structures, interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7), or standard EHR data models.
  • A deep, recognizable passion for improving the lives of others through technology.
