About the role
TL;DR
Builds and prototypes software on customer data to prove product value and inform platform development.
- •A Forward Deployed Engineer works directly with customers to write code, scope integrations, and build software on their real data and systems.
- •This role is crucial for proving the product's value during early enterprise deals and translating customer insights into platform improvements.

- •Experience prototyping with real-world data and systems, ideally with CRMs or field-ops tools.
- •Proven track record of shipping production systems and making trade-offs for speed and reliability.
