TL;DR
Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- •PayJoy is seeking a Financial Analyst to support its finance and FP&A functions.
- •This role will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, collaborating with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial analysis and reporting.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis processes and modeling.
- •Develop financial models for budgeting, business forecasting, company health, and pricing evaluation.
- •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- •Support to model the value of future partnership opportunities.
- •Collaborate with departments to gather data for financial analysis and assist with reconciliations.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics or related studies. 1-2 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- •Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- •Understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards (GAAP, NIF).
- •Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, and data analysis software.
