TL;DR
Manages payroll processing and benefits administration for international employees.
- •Caseware is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries and administer employee benefit programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end payroll processing for UK, Netherlands, and Colombia.
- •Administer employee benefit programs including pension, health, and insurance.
- •Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- •Partner with People Operations and Finance for data accuracy and reporting.
- •Identify opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes.
- •Requirements 2-5 years of experience with UK & Netherlands payrolls.
- •Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a must.
- •Post-secondary education in Business Administration, HR, or Accounting/Payroll.
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- •Comfortable working with HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.
