About the role
TL;DR
Lead the design and implementation of a global Quality Management System at Pasqal.
- •Pasqal is seeking a Head of Quality to design, deploy, maintain, and improve a global, pragmatic, and scalable Quality Management System (QMS).
- •This role is crucial for securing client commitments and supporting the operational efficiency of product and service development and commercialization.
- •Key Responsibilities Implement a robust global enterprise QMS aligned with ISO 9001, suitable for a deeptech quantum company.
- •Drive quality as a lever for speed, reliability, and scaling, not as a parallel administrative layer.
- •Measure QMS effectiveness and develop a continuous improvement approach.
- •Prepare, obtain, and maintain necessary certifications for Pasqal's industrial and international development.
- •Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in quality, QMS, compliance, certification, or operational excellence functions.
- •Proven experience in implementing or transforming a QMS, ideally in an innovative industrial environment.
- •Confirmed experience in implementing ISO 9001:2015 and managing certification audits.
- •Excellent communication, cross-functional animation, and change management skills.
- •Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
