- •Pasqal is seeking a Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in designing, manufacturing, and testing laser systems based on integrated photonic circuits.

- •Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain a milestone-based project management structure.
- •Lead, coordinate, and monitor the activities of a multidisciplinary team.
- •Plan deliverables, timelines, priorities, and resources for projects.
- •Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and organizational risks.
- •Ensure clear and regular communication with internal clients, collaborators, and management.
- •Requirements Degree in engineering physics, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related science/engineering field.
- •Hands-on experience working in a team with a high level of autonomy.
- •Strong ability to understand complex technical issues and translate them into action plans.
- •Excellent communication, simplification, and collaboration skills.
