About the role
TL;DR
Product Referent responsible for coordinating product evolution and client adoption.
- •As a Product Referent, you will be the strategic partner coordinating between Product, Operations, Marketing, and clients.
- •You will identify business needs, ensure consistency in product evolution, and support its understanding and adoption.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide business and operational vision throughout product evolution and support new feature deployment.
- •Support clients daily, fostering feature adoption and ensuring optimal user satisfaction.
- •Unify operational teams around the product through clear documentation and training.
- •Provide close support to users, analyzing and prioritizing feedback for the product backlog.
- •Requirements Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or CSM, ideally in a SaaS software company.
- •Proactive, reliable, autonomous, and adept at tackling complex subjects.
- •Pedagogical, enthusiastic, positive, and driven by client satisfaction.
- •Strong product appetite and ability to rally teams around your subjects.
- •Ability to effectively manage multiple high-stakes missions while maintaining high quality.
- •Tech-savvy and highly motivated by the workplace health sector.
