TL;DR
Lead Sales Operations and Deal Desk, owning the quote-to-cash process and driving commercial efficiency.
- •Oura is seeking a Director, Sales Operations to lead the backbone of their Commercial organization.
- •This role will own the processes and people responsible for the entire deal lifecycle, from quote to cash, and manage the Deal Desk for strategic partnerships.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and lead the Sales Operations team, setting direction and growth plans.
- •Optimize and run the Deal Desk function for non-standard deals.
- •Own the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- •Develop reporting and analytics for sales and executive leadership visibility.
- •Partner with Commercial Systems to automate and improve contracting process efficiency.
- •Requirements 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS/technology environment, including 5+ years leading teams.
- •Experience managing a team of full-time employees and contractors.
- •Demonstrated experience owning a quote-to-cash process end-to-end.
- •Strong proficiency with CRM and CPQ/contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., HubSpot, IronClad).
- •Ability to manage high volumes of concurrent priorities with accuracy and composure.
