- •Own bug intake and prioritization from Market Operations.
- •Build structured launch toolkits and training materials for new feature rollouts.
- •Develop onboarding materials for clinic managers and clinical staff on EHR workflows.
- •Requirements 3+ years with product operations, technical program management, or PM-adjacent work.
- •Strong problem-solving instincts and genuine curiosity.
- •Ease with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
- •Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive aggressive timelines.
- •Ability to speak multiple languages
