- •Ophelia is seeking an Associate, Clinical Operations (Data and Systems) to support their telehealth practice.
- •This role is ideal for someone with operational excellence, systems thinking, and a detail-oriented approach.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient panel coverage and transfers during clinician attrition or leave.
- •Monitor existing dashboards for data accuracy and flag anomalies.
- •Maintain and audit Google Sheets trackers and reports.
- •Serve as on-call support for routine clinician questions and requests.
- •Requirements 1-3 years of experience in operations, healthcare operations, or a similar administrative/analytical role.
- •Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup).
- •Experience navigating BI tools (e.g., Lightdash, Looker, Tableau) with a desire to learn building them.
- •Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
