- •Opal Security is seeking a Security Manager to lead its internal security program, focusing on security operations, compliance, vendor risk, and incident response.
- •This is a hands-on role requiring independent operation and collaboration with engineering, operations, and leadership.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the internal security program across people, systems, devices, and vendors.
- •Manage security tooling for endpoint protection, SSO, MFA, and access reviews.
- •Lead security incident response and drive SOC 2 compliance efforts.
- •Oversee IT operations through a managed service provider (MSP).
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in security operations, GRC, or IT security.
- •Proven experience owning or driving a company security program.
- •Strong familiarity with SOC 2 compliance.
- •Experience with incident response, endpoint security, and access reviews.
