- •OneTrust is seeking a Team Lead, Software Engineering to provide day-to-day technical guidance and coaching to a small group of engineers while remaining a hands-on contributor.
- •This role involves supporting the team's manager with performance check-ins and development conversations.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day coaching and technical guidance to a small group of engineers.
- •Support the team's manager with performance check-ins and development conversations.
- •Help the team break down, plan, and deliver on sprint commitments.
- •Stay hands-on, contributing code and design work on critical initiatives alongside your team.
- •Partner with Product and UX to clarify requirements and surface technical considerations early.
- •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- •Experience informally guiding or mentoring other engineers.
- •Strong technical foundation in frontend and/or backend development relevant to OneTrust's platform.
- •Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Devin, Windsurf, or similar) and experience helping engineers use them effectively.
