About the role
TL;DR
Design and improve user experience for OneTrust products, mentoring junior designers.
- •OneTrust is seeking a Senior-level UX Designer to enhance the usability, design, and overall digital experience of its product offerings.
- •This role involves supporting deliverables for various OneTrust modules and mentoring junior designers.
- •Key Responsibilities Create deliverables for the entire design process, including information architecture, interface design, interaction design, and low and high-fidelity prototypes.
- •Identify, collect, and analyze data (web metrics, customer support data) to inform user experience decisions.
- •Define and promote UX best practices and serve as a UX advocate within the organization.
- •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or related field. 7+ years of experience with the full product design process, from research to rollout.
- •Portfolio demonstrating proven capabilities of UX and UI design process.
- •Experience with design tools including Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- •High level of demonstrated proficiency in at least one UX area, such as research, information architecture, visual design, or interaction design.
