TL;DR
Own full-funnel marketing analytics and lead an AI-augmented analytics team.
- •This role is responsible for owning full-funnel marketing analytics from paid media through lifecycle journeys.

- •Lead and scale a small, AI-augmented analytics team using AI tools.
- •Run our marketing test-and-learn agenda translating results into clear insights.
- •Partner with the Machine Learning (ML) team to evolve our frameworks.
- •Manage data/martech vendor relationships and evaluate new tools.
- •Requirements 10+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or performance marketing. 4+ years of people leadership experience.
- •Attribution modeling and marketing measurement (incrementality, MMM, or multi-touch attribution).
- •Strong SQL; experience with large datasets and modern data warehouses.
- •Track record improving CAC, LTV, and channel efficiency.
