Entry-level Email Copywriter & Account Coordinator for a remote-first agency.
- •This is a full-time entry-level role into email retention with steep learning curve, real ownership from day one, and a clear runway into owning your own client strategy.

- •Key Responsibilities Own copywriting for pod accounts based on strategy.
- •Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing.
- •Contribute ideas to account strategy and build strategic instincts.
- •Pull and format reports for Senior RM.
- •Spot blockers or delays before they become a client's problem.
- •Requirements First agency experience (ideally).
- •First experience with email copywriting for DTC brands.
- •First experience with project management.
- •Reliability and ownership of mistakes.
- •Genuine hunger to grow into strategy and account ownership.
- •Commitment to work from 12–5pm CE(S)T.
- •Native Dutch speaker.
