About the role
TL;DR
Own customer implementations from deal signing to platform deployment.
- •Offstream is seeking an Implementation Engineer to manage customer implementations from signed deal to fully configured deployment on the Offstream platform.
- •This role blends compliance, software implementation, and project management to ensure customer success.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end MRV implementations, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- •Translate project designs into MRV plan requirements and write plans for registry submission.
- •Configure the Offstream app to meet specific project needs and communicate with registries.
- •Build systems to improve implementation efficiency for future projects.
- •Requirements 3+ years in an implementation, project management, or MRV/technical advisory role.
- •Comfort making judgment calls under ambiguity and owning outcomes.
- •Experience configuring software platforms to meet customer-specific requirements.
- •Strong project management instincts and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- •Excitement about using AI tools to accelerate work.
