- •The Client Solutions team is the front line for finding the right experts for clients.
- •As a Client Solutions Associate, you will be responsible for growing the expert network and scaling impact by connecting clients to subject matter experts for qualitative interviews.
- •Key Responsibilities Identify and match experts to clients for interview-based research needs, communicating with clients and experts to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- •Manage client research projects, from understanding goals to recruiting and scheduling experts using internal and external channels.
- •Monitor client and expert feedback to drive successful research and maintain a high-quality expert network.
- •Share insights from client and expert interactions to help product and engineering teams refine the platform.
