About the role
TL;DR
Design complex back-office products and establish a scalable design system.
- •We’re looking for a Product Designer to own the design of our back-office products and help establish the design system behind them.
- •Key Responsibilities Design complex tools for trading, risk, operations, data, and other internal teams.
- •Own product design end to end
- •from understanding workflows and requirements to final design, validation, and iteration.
- •Work directly with the people using these tools every day, including traders and operators.
- •Build and evolve a scalable design system across our back-office products.
- •Requirements Experience designing complex, data-heavy products: back-office systems, admin tools, dashboards, trading platforms, or similar.
- •Strong understanding of design systems, component architecture, and design tokens.
- •Ability to simplify complex workflows and large amounts of information.
- •Strong product thinking and ability to work closely with product and engineering.
- •Ability to take ownership and make pragmatic design decisions without unnecessary complexity.
