TL;DR
Lead product design for a key area, inventing new experiences for farmers.
- •Halter is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of a significant area of their farmer-facing product experience.
- •This role involves inventing new interaction models and creating a beautifully crafted, intuitive, and trustworthy experience for farmers managing their entire farm from an app.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the design vision and strategy for a significant area of the product experience.
- •Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to launch.
- •Partner with Product and Engineering to define product direction and advocate for the farmer.
- •Translate complex problems into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences.
- •Raise design quality through craft, critique, and collaboration.
- •Requirements 5+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years at a senior or lead level.
- •Exceptional visual and interaction design craft with a strong portfolio.
- •Strong ownership mentality and ability to drive work forward independently.
- •Real fluency with AI, both in the design process and for product integration.
- •Strong systems thinking and excellent product judgment.
