- •Ocrolus is seeking a Mortgage Technical Enablement Manager to drive customer onboarding and technical training for their growing mortgage client base.
- •This role focuses on creating engaging learning experiences to help lenders utilize Ocrolus's AI platform for mortgage origination.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and deliver scalable onboarding and education programs for mortgage origination using Ocrolus.
- •Create progressive, modular curriculum and hands-on materials for technical and non-technical users.
- •Partner with Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams to craft and execute enablement strategies.
- •Measure enablement effectiveness and iterate on content based on data and feedback.
- •Requirements Passion for education and curriculum design with a focus on measuring learning outcomes.
- •Mortgage industry exposure (underwriting, operations, LOS work, or product experience). 2+ years building and delivering technical enablement, customer training, or implementation programs.
- •Ability to translate product features into concrete workflows for loan origination.
- •Strong presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable with live and asynchronous training.
