About the role
TL;DR
Lead AI-native video creation product strategy and manage a team of Product Managers.
- •Mirage is seeking a Group Product Manager to define the future of AI-native video creation.
- •Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead product strategy, manage a team of Product Managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate AI capabilities into user-centric products.
- •Key Responsibilities Define the future of AI video creation and product bets.
- •Translate frontier AI capabilities into reliable and intuitive user experiences.
- •Build coherent creative systems across the entire video production process.
- •Develop strong product taste and evaluate generated media quality.
- •Own products end-to-end, from ambiguity to launch and iteration.
- •Requirements 5+ years of product management experience or 8+ years in related roles.
- •Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers.
- •Deep fluency in generative media and hands-on experience with AI.
- •Strong cross-functional leadership and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- •Strong technical and product communication skills.
