- •Nuro is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to build the infrastructure for AI agents that operate autonomously within Nuro's engineering organization.
- •This role focuses on creating a trustworthy and highly capable system to amplify engineer and researcher output.
- •Key Responsibilities Build a closed-loop measurement layer for agent actions and outcomes.
- •Develop the agent platform for safe and autonomous operation against real systems.
- •Create autoresearch infrastructure to automate the research loop for AI models.
- •Build agent-powered tooling across the engineering lifecycle.
- •Requirements 5+ years of software engineering experience.

- •Strong backend and distributed systems background.
