- •Nuro is seeking a People Systems Analyst to manage Workday operations, reporting, and workforce analytics for its People Operations team.
- •This role involves production support, building dashboards for leadership, and ensuring core people operations run smoothly in a fast-paced, automated environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 production support for Workday, including business process definitions, EIB files, and transactional processing.
- •Configure, test, and implement new Workday release features.
- •Write test scripts and participate in the testing cycle for new features, enhancements, and fixes.
- •Support troubleshooting and modifications for integrations.
- •Conduct data audits and support the data governance framework for People data.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in People Operations, People Analytics, HRIS, or a comparable role.
- •Workday experience required, with exposure to at least one module.
- •Comfortable writing test scripts, building EIB files, and troubleshooting configuration issues.
- •Analytically minded with strong attention to detail and a bias toward data integrity.
- •Strong sense of discretion and ethics when handling sensitive People data.
